Your Fast Start Guide to Get Off The Ground Quickly!

Below you'll find a collection of advertising strategies, resources and sample ads you can use to start generating targeted traffic to your "Insiders Secrets Exposed" report lead capture page.

This training has been composed to help you get started as fast as possible.

Your ONLY job with this system is to drive traffic to your website and then answer questions from prospects that email or call you. That's it. No selling, no explaining. The system does all the heavy lifting for you 24/7. It's really that simple.

A good goal should be to generate 200 or more leads per WEEK. Be consistent. And then your business will grow and your team will duplicate.

Step 1. This step requires a little creativity, but it'll make you look as professional as possible. Register your own custom domain name at Godaddy.com.

For example, it could be something related to the subject of the report. For instance, one of my domains I personally own is www.BurnedOutOnMLM.com

If you're having a challenge finding a good name, try breaking up the domain name with dashes like this: www.insiders-secret-report.com

Use a little creativity here but don't slave over it. 

Follow these instructions to get your own customer domain name:

* Purchase your own domain name (eg, register your domain name at Godaddy.com for just $9 per year).

Godaddy has awesome 24/7 customer support. All you need to do is call them and ask them to guide you in "Forwarding" your domain name. You don't need any hosting or other services.

Step 2. Time to start advertising your site and generating some leads! We're going to cover all sorts of advertising here to get targeted traffic to your site but SOLO ADs are my favorite. They also produce the fastest results:

Traffic Strategy #1 - Ezine Solo Ad Marketing

Ezine advertising is by far, one of the most effective forms of advertising that exists on the Web. It’s been around for a long time, but not too many people have really taken advantage of it in a big way.

So what exactly is an “ezine”?

In case you’ve never heard of one before, basically an ezine is an online newsletter or an online magazine, and in most cases, it’s delivered via email and just like a newsletter you’d receive in the mail, these online versions have a subscription base.

A Solo Ad is just what it sounds like. This type of ad is actually a solo mailing sent to the list of subscribers of the ezine. In other words, they go out on their own. When you buy a solo ad, your ad with your subject line is the only thing the reader sees. 

A Solo ad can also usually be much longer than a regular ad. You’re basically renting a list and email marketing to them.

The quality of the list is also important. I’ve run $20 ads in ezines that pulled like crazy and others that I spent $150 on that bombed. 

The great thing about ezine solo ad techniques is that a simple ad placed in a responsive, targeted ezine can deliver all the live leads you'll EVER need to grow your business. Directory of Ezines - A HIGHLY recommended resource: This is a directory of literally thousands of ezines that you can research and place ads with in your relevant categories. You'll have to purchase a membership to the directory, but it's worth the money. I recommend purchasing the lifetime membership because it'll save you money in the long run. I recommend using only the targeted email marketing packages. Category: MLM/Network Marketing ONLY. Choose locations in North America only so you don't get a lot of India, etc... International traffic is NOT good for our price point. They have packages available to suit any budget and I've used them to do inexpensive tests before rolling out a pricey solo ad in other ezines. Packages start at just $12.99. Great resource for small and large promotions.

Big Cash Creator  - Just set it and forget it... put your traffic generation on autopilot! This company sells you targeted traffic and sends it straight to your website. No phone leads... no chasing people... no learning how to advertise or how to write "good copy"... none of that. Traffic Strategy #3 - Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Advertising (Intermediate to Advanced)

Google Adwords (pay per click search engine advertising) has been one of my favorite ways to generate my own leads (subscribers) for the last several years.

I pay about $0.15 - $0.35 cents (or more) per click for very highly TARGETED visitors to come see my website. Even though there are several other great pay per click search engines, most of my traffic comes from "Google". In case you're not familiar with what pay per click ads are, the PPC ads on Google's web site look like this:

As you can see, when someone types in the term “make money from home” on Google a page displays targeted search results for the term “make money from home”.

It doesn't matter what the search term is, it works the same way when you're promoting any moneymaking program or product as well.

Now look at the ads on the right under “sponsored links”. These are the ads that you’ll create for promoting your website.

When someone clicks on your ad, you'll get charged a predetermined amount of money (as low as 10 cents per click) that you choose.

Side Note - The majority of Google AdWords advertisers simply don't have a clue about what they're doing. The reality is you still have to have some fundamental knowledge of advertising in order to succeed with Google AdWords, or any type of advertising for that matter.

You have to educate yourself first; otherwise you'd be better off playing the lottery!

Miva is the third biggest PPC search engine with usually cheaper rates than Overture and Google with bids starting at .05 cents. They have a relationship with search engines like Search.com, Excite, WebCrawler, MetaCrawler, Dogpile, Bizjournals, Mamma, Cometsearch.

FREE Discussion Forum Posting - One of the most powerful ways of getting free traffic to a website in the early stages (and ongoing) is to get involved in message board discussions. They’re a great place to connect and network with other like-minded people that share a common interest with you as well as stay on top of the latest news in any field.

Most message boards allow you to include something called a sig file (also known as a ‘signature file’) with each of your posts. A sig file is basically a few lines with your name, your website address and maybe a really brief description about your business.

When you connect with other people who share a common interest, they’ll be open to looking at your business (through your posted sig file) and this is the whole point of this marketing strategy.

It's free and if you set up a "signature file" in your "profile" area, every single post you make will contain your little "ad" at the bottom with your link. Remember to post uplifting, positive information or good valuable marketing content that you learn from us. Help people out no matter what they are promoting. NEVER post negative, hurtful comments. And never SPAM a forum or blatantly pitch your "deal"...

Your posts stay up forever and best of all, it's free. I highly recommend RichDad.com they have a "community" section and that's where you find their discussion forums. They get a ton of traffic. Also WAHM forums and try the list below...

Here's an example of a sig file I might use:

"Discover how to make $250K+ per year without ever picking up the phone.”

Here's another one... if you love playing golf and you're posting on a golf forum, you could have a sig file that says:

“Discover how I get paid while I’m out on the golf course.”  

When used correctly, they can be an incredibly powerful way to generate tons of highly targeted leads. They can also get you in hot water and banned if you don’t follow the rules.

I’ve included a few general guidelines that are a combination of both "netiquette" and my own personal rules to follow when it comes to message board marketing:

1.   Don't advertise. Let me explain… If you post blatant ads on message boards and forums, you’ll not only be banned and labeled as a “spammer”, (a reputation you won’t want), but you also run the risk of being “flamed” by other members that don’t appreciate blatant advertising and will tell you so with some choice words they email to you.

2.    Respect the opinions of others. Message boards allow people to express their opinions and you don't have to agree with them, but you must respect them. If someone posts something that you don’t agree with, or that’s incorrect, feel free to post, but don't point the finger and criticize the person that you’re correcting, or that you don’t agree with. Just focus on helping them.

3.   Be polite. If you’re a first time visitor to a message board and have a question to ask, always be polite and people will be happy to help you out. They just need to know that you appreciate it.

4.    Help others. If you see someone asking a question that you know the answer to, help ‘em out.

It's really pretty simple, follow the guidelines above and you’ll be fine.

Top marketing forums to post your sig file:

Below you'll find a BIG list of the best marketing forums on the web.. I highly suggest joining, contributing some quality ideas and posts at the forum... AND including your signature file in the bottom of each of you posts. This is an incredibly powerful way to make sales and I can't recommend it enough!

Note: Please remember that it's VERY important to make quality, helpful posts in these forums. Don't simply go there and spam (blatantly advertise), because not only will that not work, but it'll make people angry, hurt your reputation and just do harm to your efforts. Go there and make helpful posts, include your sig file, and you'll be surprised how easy it is to make sales!
